Delete your Pathfinder account

You can delete your Pathfinder account and everything in it at any time, in either of two ways.

In the app

Profile → Delete my account. It is immediate and permanent: your account and every entry go at once.

Without the app

Email support@thepathfinderapp.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We'll delete your account and everything in it, then reply to confirm — within 30 days at the outside, and usually much sooner. We only act on a request sent from the account's own address, so nobody can delete someone else's.

What is deleted

Your account and everything you recorded: check-ins, setbacks, guided sessions, habits, goals, weekly reviews, your identity statements and letter, and your onboarding answers. Nothing you wrote is kept.

The one record that survives is that a purchase happened, held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, which handles subscriptions for us. It carries a random ID and the purchase — never anything from the app.

Cancel Pathfinder+ first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple or Google bills it, so cancel it there or you will keep being charged:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
