What Pathfinder is — and is not

Pathfinder is a self-guided wellness tool for adults working to step away from pornography and compulsive behavior. It offers structure: check-ins, habit tracking, guided moments, personal insights, and an AI-assisted reflective guide.

Pathfinder is not medical care, therapy, or a crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional help. Nothing in the app is a diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or in danger of harming yourself or others, contact emergency services; in the US, call or text 988.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials private. You may delete your account at any time from Profile; deletion is permanent.

Your content

Everything you record remains yours. You grant us only the limited right to store and process it in order to run the app for you — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that means. We never sell your data or show you ads.

The AI guide

The guide generates automated reflections. It can be wrong, it does not diagnose, and its suggestions are not professional advice. Use your own judgment, and where helpful, professional support.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, access other users' data, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pathfinder+ subscription

Pathfinder is free to use. Pathfinder+ is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the Pathfinder Guide, Weekly Intelligence and Path Analytics. Everything else — check-ins, I Need Help Now, the 60-second pause, setbacks, your streak and Purpose — stays free.

• Price and trial. The price and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. With a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. You can stop using Pathfinder at any time; deleting your account ends these terms.
